After expanding their business, Vistra merged two offices in to one larger space in 11-12 St. James’s Square, London. This office design and fit-out project presented the opportunity for us to create a smart, professional office design that matched Vistra’s identity as a business. The new office fit out creates a more unified office as the intelligent design and space planning enables staff to interact with one another, bringing different parts of the business together.
By using our in-house office design services, we helped to save our client time and money by delivering the project two weeks ahead of schedule. We also installed new services, IT and AV solutions using our in-house Mechanical & Electrical team to maximise the use of technology throughout the space and increase connectivity and communication between different locations and clients.
Additional meeting and office spaces were important for Vistra after they merged offices. Four meeting spaces were added into the office so staff could have some private, quiet spaces to work as well as somewhere for larger group meetings.
Our in-house furniture team played an important role in transforming the Vistra space. As well as fitting a bespoke oak boardroom table, new furniture has created a new professional working environment. The reception area is a welcoming space that immediately displays the professional identity of their business. Oak detailing on the reception desk and ceiling break up the space and give a sleek, angular finish to the front of house area.
Vistra staff have also benefited from the creation of a spacious kitchen and breakout space. New space plans have helped unite staff and enhance interaction in the office. This is an office space that provides Vistra with strong foundations to develop and grow their business.
