Pearl Diver Capital is a boutique asset manager specialising in Global Securitised Products. The company had been working in a serviced office but as the company grew and their requirements changed, the space no longer accurately represented their business. Pearl Diver wanted to use this opportunity to relocate to a space where they could have the flexibility to grow and have an office that was exactly how they wanted it.

The 2,200 sq ft office on Conduit Street is in the heart of Mayfair’s financial district and creates a professional environment that helps establish Pearl Diver’s identity. As they had only ever operated out of serviced space, having the continuous use of meeting rooms for client meetings and the ability to greet visitors directly into the space was an important feature. As you enter the office, you are drawn in by a welcoming front of house space which introduces key brand elements, such as the antique diving helmets, showcasing the company identity.

The office design combines modern and traditional finishes to create a contemporary work space for Pearl Diver. The bright open plan office provides staff with a more comfortable working area, better breakout facilities and a more intelligent office layout which benefits from the available natural light.
