A new headquarters for Luvata

Heavyweights in metal

Luvata were ready for a new UK headquarters, and had found a building on a historic site in West London to make it happen. They needed something to reflect their world-leader status in the metal fabrication industry.

Fitting out a historic London office is always an exciting project as we can incorporate the building’s existing architectural features to help transform an empty shell into a warm, inviting space.

For Luvata’s workspace, focusing on the commanding structural features of the building such as wooden beams and original brickwork, we have brought a sense of personality to the workspace. These features provide excellent focal points for the office design and metallic elements, like copper lampshades, feature throughout the interior. In addition, raw metal elements represent Luvata’s leading status in the metal fabrication industry. Now, as you walk through their office, you see the best of their products and services, highlighted in a modern, bright workspace.

The office space has been optimised by our furniture team who have created an inviting front of house area so staff and clients are immediately welcomed into the office. By building in a meeting room, as well as incorporating a kitchen and breakfast bar area, there is a bright, social area at the front of the new West London office that removes any feeling of a corporate environment.

Many of our clients including Luvata have retained our services afterwards and we are delighted to be assisting them with planned and preventative building and ongoing support maintenance to ensure the building and teams can continue to operate at optimum levels. Our 24-hour a day maintenance service provides them with complete peace of mind.
