Office relocation for the China Banking Association

Their new office is a 2,200 sq ft Cat A space at 90 Cannon Street. We have designed this space to be a clean, professional looking space that represents their corporate clients. We have retained natural light in the offices, meeting rooms and tea point and retained a corporate look and feel in the rest of the office. Reception forms a key focal point of the space which was where we could promote CBA’s identity and brand within the design.

One of the main challenges on this project was creating an intelligent space plan which would maximise the available space and allow us to include everything the client required. CBA wanted this space to be flexible so that they could host meetings, conferences and seminars for their clients. This flexibility meant we had to consider our AV package as well as the furniture in order for the rooms to be practical. We have created interconnecting meeting rooms with folding walls which improves the functionality of the space and gives CBA control over how the space is adapted.
