Tia joins Mix Interiors' 30 under 30 Class of 2025!

We are extremely proud to announce that Project Designer Tia Brooks has been named as one of this year's Mix Interiors 30 Under 30, a celebration of the brightest young talent in commercial interior design and architecture.

This is a huge achievement and testament to the hard work, creative flare and dedication that Tia has brought to Peldon Rose, ever since she first joined us for work experience back in 2015.

Tia’s approach to design balances creative intuition, technical precision, and emotional intelligence, with people always at the heart of her work. She is committed to creating modern workplaces that adapt to their users, whilst respecting the history of the buildings they inhabit.

Her work at 65 Chandos Place in Covent Graden is a perfect example of this balance. Tia led the design for a longstanding client, integrating flexible layouts and end-of-journey facilities, whilst honouring the area’s rich history in a thoughtfully designed reception area. The result was a workplace that blended heritage and modern functionality, attracting tenants quickly in a competitive market.

This recognition from Mix Interiors is a testament to Tia’s energy, determination, and her people-focused vision for workplace design. We are thrilled to celebrate her achievement alongside the other talented winners in the Class of 2025.
