Russell heads up our design studio as Group Design Director, and oversees the delivery of all of our office interior design projects. His experience guides clients on their office relocation and office refurbishment journey, empowering them to make informed decisions on their real estate strategy to drive business results through exceptional office design.

Aligning his expertise in commerical design with strategic foresight and a commitment to sustainability, Russell brings a holistic understanding of work environments to each project. His designs enliven brand identity, culture and employee wellbeing, while future-proofing workspaces to support the evolving needs of businesses. Russell's clients include the likes of Mondrian, Marlin Equity, Vitality, Nexus, Vedder Price, and Grant Thornton.

Russell is also responsible for mentoring our inhouse design team and is passionate about finding and developing the best creative talent in the industry.
