We are delighted to announce that The White Company won Best International Office Interior as well as Best UK Office Interior at the International Property Awards.
Eight projects from across the globe were shortlisted for the Best International Office Interior category, so it was fantastic to win this for the first time since the London office for Save The Children won back in 2012. Collecting the awards at The Savoy in London were Project Designer, Abby Connor and Head of Marketing, Benjamin Murray.
Steve Morris, People and Retail Director at The White Company said: “It’s amazing to be recognized with this award. From the very beginning we set out to make somewhere truly special to work for everyone at The White Company. Using the feedback we gained from our teams and working closely with Peldon Rose, we defined our needs and brand and used this collective expertise and knowledge to deliver an office space to be very proud of. It’s so great that the hard work and effort has been recognized”.
Project Designer Abby Connor said: “We really enjoyed working with The White Company and retail design partner, Household, to help create alignment between their stores and their new office. We were also immersed in the project for six weeks during the initial consultancy stage and became part of their team to understand their culture and how they wanted to create a real brand experience which maximises collaboration and supports a wide range of working styles. I am thrilled that all this effort has paid off for The White Company and delighted to bring home these awards for the team”.
Siu‑Lan Choi, Creative Director at Household said: “Household were delighted to create an award-winning employee experience in The White Company’s new home with Peldon Rose. The success of the project really highlights the value of translating brand values into brand behaviours for employees and aligning the customer and employee experience. By taking a 360 approach, we worked really well together to bring the brand to life in their new offices”.
We would like to extend our thanks to everyone who worked on the project to achieve such a great office for The White Company.
