Working closely with Peldon Rose’s Project Managers, Emily takes care of the administration involved in bringing a client’s workspace to life, carefully maintaining all documentation and records. Formerly a pastry chef, Emily’s eye for detail is now skilfully applied in the world of construction! When not wielding a whisk, you’ll find Emily strolling through parks in her spare time, enjoying all that London has to offer.
