Anya brings a creative eye and meticulous attention to detail to her role as Assistant Bids Coordinator at Peldon Rose. She has studied illustration while building a portfolio of freelance artwork for private clients. Her creative background and interest in interiors led her into the design and build sector, progressing from project administration into the bids coordination team.
In her current role, Anya supports bids and tenders, coordinating case studies and PPQ submissions while working with project directors, marketing, and business development. She thrives in the detail, ensuring every submission is thorough, and values working with a team that remains supportive and people-focused under pressure.
Outside of work, Anya is an animal lover, dog owner, and volunteer with animal charities. She enjoys painting to unwind and kickboxing on the weekends.
