Tristan brings a strong blend of project leadership, operations management, and trade experience to his role as Contracts Manager at Peldon Rose. Introduced to construction early through a hands-on family approach to building and renovation, Tristan combined this practical knowledge with project management experience, building over six years of experience in the UK design and build sector.
In his role, Tristan works at the intersection of clients, agents, and delivery teams. He plays a key role in shaping scope, managing cost and risk, and keeping projects moving forward through clear communication and quick thinking. Tristan enjoys the fast-paced nature of the industry and the variety that each new project and team brings.
Outside of work, Tristan is a keen sports fan with a particular love of rugby and Formula One. He enjoys travelling for race weekends and spending time outdoors, unwinding with long walks around his local park.
