Tom’s passion for creating memorable experiences began in his early days waiting tables, where he learned the value and impact of great service. Later, running his own Christmas tree business gave him the chance to be part of important family traditions, helping to shape lasting memories.
That same enthusiasm for people and service drew Tom into the world of Design and Build five years ago. He thrives as part of a cohesive, well-led team and enjoys seeing how their work transforms the lives of those who use the spaces they create.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys reading, skiing, travelling off the beaten track, and camping with his daughter — even if it means very little sleep!
