Simon is a Technical Designer and ARB-registered Architect at Peldon Rose, with experience across all RIBA stages and a strong focus on Revit and BIM. His journey into Design and Build began through novation to contractors, deepening his understanding of site delivery and construction sequencing. At Peldon Rose, Simon works in the Landlord team, producing technical drawings for CAT A and CAT A+ fit-outs and supporting fast-paced project delivery. He thrives on cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Outside of work, Simon explores cultural archiving and spatial storytelling, with a focus on the global south and its diaspora—often through exhibitions and travel.
