With over a decade of experience delivering human-centric workplace transformation, Colombine brings a strong foundation in behavioural science to the design and build sector. Backed by a PhD in Human Interaction and an MSc in Cognitive Engineering, her focus on the science of people led her into workplace strategy, where she could shape built environments around human needs.
As a Senior Workplace Consultant, Colombine connects business needs with project delivery. She works closely with clients to develop workplace experiences rooted in human insight and guides them from early strategy through to culture change, ensuring environments support organisational success and high-performing teams. A passionate advocate for inclusivity, accessibility, and neurodiversity, Colombine champions design that enables every individual to thrive.
Outside of work, Colombine heads straight for the great outdoors. She is happiest in open waters, or thru-hiking in remote, wild places to disconnect and recharge.
