Matthew began his career as an Architectural Technologist working on projects across healthcare, education, and hospitality. Over time, his interest in how technology could improve design and delivery led him to specialise in BIM management and digital implementation.
With over two decades of experience in architecture and construction, Matthew now leads digital transformation at Peldon Rose. Whether developing digital strategies or introducing new technologies, he helps teams streamline their processes and embrace new ways of working to deliver exceptional spaces. Matthew finds real satisfaction in seeing people grow confident with digital tools and using them to create work that enhances the experience for clients and partners alike.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys travelling, discovering great food, and exploring places renowned for their architecture and design.
