Lawson spent over three years in the insurance industry before being introduced to the world of Design and Build. Now part of the Business Development team as a Telesales Research Executive, Lawson connects with different companies to understand potential projects and opportunities. He enjoys the challenge of reaching the right people and finds it rewarding to see projects come to life after those early conversations.
Outside of work, Lawson is an avid sports fan, never misses a Formula 1 race and even sets his alarm for 5am to catch the UFC events live. He also trains for triathlons with plans to return to competing next year.
