As a project designer in the Landlord team, Cristian is involved in projects from conception to completion. Cristian knows the importance of being a good listener and staying open to critique. Every client is different, and you need to find a way of working that will suit the unique people and culture of the organization.

Cristian is fascinated by how a physical environment can impact people’s behaviour and is passionate about architecture and design. He believes that inspiration comes from little things you see in daily life.

Outside of work, you can find Cristian spending time outdoors in nature with his family or exploring London’s architectural eclecticism.
