Working in Peldon Rose’s SME team, Ashton enjoys creating incredible destination workplaces. Engaging with current market trends is important, to intuitively design what prospective tenants are looking for. Ashton believes human-centric design is key, promoting spaces that put people first. One day he’d love to design a project in space!
