Working on the development of workplace strategies that catalyse change and enable workplace transformation, Sophie helps business leaders make faster, more informed decisions about the workplace.

Outside Peldon Rose, Sophie is a keen cook, and can often be found in the kitchen testing out a new recipe or trying out a new foodie hotspot in London.
