‘You miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take’

As a Design Intern at Peldon Rose, Ella’s 12-month placement will see her learning about office interior design. She’s already gaining experience that, ranges from design development at the beginning of the process to visiting projects on site. She enjoys the concept stage of her placement most, collaborating with the team to establish what the client is looking for and seeing it come together.

Having recently moved to London for her internship, she enjoys exploring different parts of London with her friends.
