Telesales Research Executive

We are looking for a tenacious and proactive Telesales Research Executive to join our Business Development team.

You must be confident with either a telesales, sales or customer service background, with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections to effectively research and qualify new business opportunities.

The Telesales Research Executive role’s primary focus will be to qualify opportunities through methods such as cold calling and researching companies based on key information, to support the Business Development team book appointments with prospective clients. The employee will also be responsible for cleansing and updating the company CRM system.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your Business Development career within a fast paced, energetic and successful team and business. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within a telesales, customer service or sales environment.
  • Experience of working with and accurately maintaining a CRM system (non-essential).
  • Confident with cold calling and ability to join the dots.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • A pro-active individual who is driven to achieve and to support the Business achieve its targets.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication.
  • Previous experience within the Design and Build or Real Estate industry (non-essential).
