Every day is different and there’s a lot of variety, you’ll get exposure to a lot of the key elements of marketing and communications, and there are plenty of opportunities to work with some interesting clients.

The best thing about working at Peldon Rose is that you’re able to work in a way that works for you – it’s not a job where you’re working under relentless supervision, you’re empowered to take hold of your own projects and supported by the people around you. The culture of the business is unlike any other that I’ve come across since I started working – it’s people-focussed and committed to ensuring that people actually enjoy coming to work. Wellbeing is a huge focus for Peldon Rose and working here has really helped to build my confidence in marketing and communications and as a person.”
