Construction management

The construction manager works on site to supervise and direct the day-to-day running of an office fit-out and build, making sure it is completed safely, on time and on brief.

On larger design and build projects, we can sometimes have over 100 contractors and subcontractors working on site. In this case, we draft in a site manager to lead the team and lend additional support.

Running the construction site

In conjunction with their main duties, the construction manager is also responsible for quality control, guest visitors and site tours, health and safety checks and any inspections of works that are carried out. This not only keeps things running smoothly, but it also ensures that all works conducted on site are compliant and up to safety standards.

Building positive relationships

In order to move you seamlessly into your new office, the construction manager liaises with the landlord, building manager and any other tenants who live around the site. This allows the team to avoid any potential inconveniences and ensures your neighbours and landlord are happy and excited to see you once you move in.
