We partnered with property investment company ACAI Group and commercial agents Knight Frank and BNP Paribas to deliver a new Cat A+ fit out at 180 Brompton Road. ACAI Group have a 3,600 sq ft executive office space that they wanted to fit out as a ready to work scheme to help attract new tenants.
As a Cat A+ project, the look and feel had to be kept minimal but functional so that a new occupier could move in and utilise the office space from day one. Our vision for the project was to deliver a design that maximised the available space; allowing for flexibility to add to the space without restricting the number of workstations. We took inspiration from the columns on the floor plate to create a design feature that would give a strong first impression and define the identity of the space.
By keeping the design clean and fresh, any tenants moving into this ready to work office would still be able to add their own branding and bring their own personality through. 180 Brompton Road has good exposure to natural light, so utilising this across the floor plate was important. The stylish slatted glazing detail improves light flow across the floor plate. The tea point is situated towards the back of the space to make the most of the natural light and there is the opportunity for the tenant to create a larger breakout area by adding soft seating or benches.
