Aside from being awarded a Best Company rating for six years in a row, in 2016 we were also awarded the Mayor of London Healthy Workplace Charter Commitment and have won several International Property Awards. There are many great reasons why talented people should join our business.


Great offices

Ok, so that’s a given for an office design and fit-out consultant, but it’s good to know that we practice what we preach. We trust our staff to choose where to work from according to the type of work they are doing. Our agile working environment frees staff from their desk and maximises communication and collaboration.

Great energy

Peldon Rose has a weekly running club, badminton club, cycling club, keep fit club, triathlon club and four shared staff memberships to the local gym. We believe that people who play together, work better together.

Peldon Rose Productions (PRP)

A team of staff from across the business arrange our monthly social events. St Patrick’s Day, St George’s Day or Wimbledon tennis – there’s always an excuse to get together and make new connections.

Charity begins at home

Given our focus is on creating workspaces that promote a sense of wellbeing, supporting mental health charity Mind in 2016 was certainly an apt choice. Through a calendar of fundraising and educational events, we were able to offer information and advice to anyone affected by mental health problems and we raised over £10,000 to help them carry on their great work. In 2017 we have chosen to support a range of charities, and so far 14 people have completed Tough Mudder raising money for FARA and we have had a Curry & Quiz Night supporting Red Nose Day. Further fundraising activities are in the pipeline!

Ski trip!

A holiday shouldn’t be a reason for joining a company, but it’s a great example of how we create a strong team bond. Experienced skiers partner with absolute beginners, getting them up on their feet and safely down the slopes. This ‘ski buddy’ initiative has proven incredibly effective at building bonds which last long after the skiing has finished. Even though staff pay back the holiday over 12 months, each ski trip is well-attended and often over-subscribed. It generates an immensely positive work environment when you enjoy both working and playing together.
