We are currently dealing with an unprecedented situation, one which is affecting our communities and our businesses. In times like these, nothing is more important than the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, our clients and the people closest to us. That’s why we continue to monitor the situation closely and respond to the latest advice as soon as it’s made available.
Peldon Rose was fortunate enough to enter this crisis in a strong position, with everything in place to weather the storm. From the outset, our team has responded with exactly the kind of positive spirit I have come to expect. It’s for this reason that our business continues to operate when there is so much potential for disruption.
Our team have everything they need to work from home thanks to our brilliant IT department, and we are finding more and more inventive ways to stay connected and keep our community engaged. This morning we continued with our all-important weekly All Hands meeting, where the whole business comes together (via Zoom), delivering key messages; to remain focussed during unprecedented times and areas of key priority for the business, our clients and our people. Last week, the team dialled in for our usual weekly Friday Beer Fridge, which was hosted over Zoom for the first time.
Our delivery teams continue to do an incredible job keeping projects moving and supporting site operations. Going forward, we will do what we can as a business to keep supporting these operations.
Everyone everywhere is facing challenges right now. We are having to adapt to a situation that changes every day, if not every hour. We will continue to honour our commitments and to keep all our clients and colleagues updated as things progress.
Wishing you all the very best.
