Every project we complete is delivered by dedicated teams, this is split between Enterprise and SME. Our project with LindenGrove Capital LLP, a discretionary global macro fund manager, was delivered by our SME team, a dedicated team for fast track projects under 10,000 sq ft. Typically, our client journeys begin long before the project goes to site, and this helps us to deliver a good experience and closely guided project from start to finish. By splitting our teams into Enterprise and SME, we are always in the best potion to provide our clients with a service suited to their needs.
Our experience in St James’s Square is extensive and this knowledge helped us to secure the project with LindenGrove Capital at 3 St James’s Square. Over a 6-month period, we worked closely to deliver a highly consultative, guided project process to ensure an efficient office refurbishment .We were able to create a subtle office design which would reflect their company value as well as promote the security of their business. A warm, bright welcome to the space and elegant design features modernise the space while retaining a traditional interior you would associate with a reliable financial firm.
Our concept for the front of house fit out was to create an impression of quality and give clients and visitors the perception of security and reliability as soon as they arrived in the reception. The office design scheme uses a natural palette and traditional finishes, like the slatted ceilings and bespoke joinery on the walls help to create an authentic experience. By abstracting the company values and company name we were able to design a feature statement in the front of house, adding interest and bringing warmth into the space.
The boardroom needed to be a clean design that retained the traditional look from the front of house, continuing the bright, natural experience. Feature lighting in the boardroom from Moooi matches the abstracted light feature as you enter the space and retains the high-end finish.
