Covid-19 has impacted businesses across the world, and the conversation turns to return to the workplace, the workplace isn’t always an office. Wraysbury Skiff and Punt Club is home to Wraysbury Dragons, who retained the National Open League last season. It is also the training base for a number of national dragon boat crews.

The club were able to welcome their members back with the support from Peldon Rose, following the supply and installation of return to work systems and signage from our Client Focus team. The installation of the supporting signage has allowed members the chance to get out on the water whilst socially distancing and taking on board; the government, British Rowing, Skiff Racing Association and British Dragonboat Associations guidelines.

Although there will be little racing this season, club members are relived just to be able to get down and do some training.

Luckily, the dragon boaters do not need to go out in a large boat and can train in single seat boats with outriggers called O1s.
