After another successful and enjoyable year, it is now time for Peldon Rose to build for the future…
On Monday 16th April, we moved out of Sterling House so we can refurbish our office and add an extra floor on top. Wimbledon will always be our home, so we are delighted to have a temporary office only 100 metres down the road at Beacon House, 26 Worple Road, London SW19 4EE.
We have been in Sterling House for more than 15 years now and over this time we have grown to over 85 people. We have also dramatically changed the way we work and, quite frankly, having delivered so many stunning offices for our clients over the past few years, we’d like to have a new and improved home too.
As you’d expect, we are running an exemplary office refurbishment programme so we create a flagship office which our staff can be proud of and our guests impressed by.
To ensure our new office is built on solid footings, we started our project some six months ago with a workplace consultancy programme involving everyone from across our business. Through a series of workshops, 1-2-1 meetings, surveys, time and motion studies and much more, we have a crystal-clear understanding of how we work and what everyone in the business would like and need in their new office environment. We have always been big advocates of fact-based design and are very excited about the stunning designs which our teams have come together to create.
Our staff engagement won’t end when the office refurbishment begins. Over the coming months we have a programme of change management in place to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date on our progress and plans.
CEO, Jitesh Patel says “I am delighted that we have had our most successful year to date in 2017/18 and the demand from businesses looking to work with us is going from strength to strength. We have a world-class team assembled here and we need more space to grow. I also want to ensure we have an office which rewards and inspires everyone who works with me here at Peldon Rose. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved over the past few years and very excited for our future”.
We will be back in our new-and-improved Sterling House in 2019 so, until then, it is business as usual for us and if you are visiting our office or sending couriers please use our temporary office at Beacon House.
