We were out in style celebrating at The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2019 awards ceremony at Battersea Evolution, London. In addition to receiving the highest ‘extraordinary’ Best Companies Index (BCI) rating of three stars again for 2019, on the night we were ranked 86th in the top 100 small companies.
In their report, Best Companies stated that 98% of staff agreed that ‘I believe I can make a valuable contribution to the success of this organisation’. To back this up, they cited our annual kick-off event for all staff, which includes awards for individual excellence and business updates, as well as our Change Champions who are helping ensure a successful move back to our newly refurbished office later this year.
Jonathan Austin, CEO & Founder of Best Companies says: “I would like to congratulate Peldon Rose on your achievement. Best Companies have been producing the Accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Organisations like Peldon Rose have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a best company to work for.”
Our CEO, Jitesh Patel, says: “It's excellent that for eight years in a row, we have received a Best Company star rating by The Sunday Times, and this year we are again ranked as a Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for. Attracting and retaining the very best talent is an essential ingredient to help us continue to provide best advice and deliver exceptional workplaces for our clients. Thank you to everyone who has helped us achieve such success.”
