Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious Marketing and Communications Executive to support the planning and delivery of the marketing and communications strategy for Peldon Rose. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the role leads on project marketing for our four key business units: Workplace Strategy, Landlord, Enterprise and SME clients, leading the content management and production, liaising with external suppliers, and playing a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of lead generation campaigns and reporting.

Alongside this, you'll work with the wider marketing team and support in the performance and output of our internal and external digital channels. Responsibilities will include:

  • Own our project marketing process; the curation and management of our project case studies including copy writing, managing photography, videography, awards entries and working in partnership with our media agency to secure media coverage
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to maximise joint marketing opportunities, ensuring we can gain maximum exposure for Peldon Rose
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to optimise content to increase the performance of our digital marketing channels, including website development, social media, and email
  • A brand ambassador and key advocate for the internal communications and employee advocacy strategy, leading on the content production and schedule for the intranet
  • Support the coordination of the internal and external events calendar, including pre-event collateral, promotion on the day event management and ROI
  • Produce monthly reports on success of content placement and outreach work, highlighting recommendations for further improvement.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Excellence in account management skills, ensuring interaction and relationships with stakeholders is transparent and consistent
  • Ability to communicate plans and creative ideas effectively and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong planning and organisation skills; ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs
  • Understanding of the opportunity of digital channels, and proven digital marketing experience
  • Methodical, with exceptional attention to detail; combined with flexibility to respond to the demands of multiple projects
  • A team player, accountable for their own work and flexibility to support others when needed
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Dotdigital or other email campaign platforms and content management systems
Personal Skills Required
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills
  • Degree educated, Marketing (CIM) qualification desirable
  • Solid multi-channel marketing experience
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities/projects
  • Real estate, construction or design and build marketing experience (desirable but not essential)
