Construction management

The construction manager is our Workplace Maker on site who supervises and directs the day-to-day running of the office fit-out and build to make sure it is completed safely, on time and on brief.

On larger projects, where we can sometimes have over 100 contractors and subcontractors working on site, we draft in a site manager to lend additional support. In addition to their main duties, the construction manager is also responsible for quality control, visitors and site tours, health and safety checks and the inspection of work carried out.

We place great emphasis on health & safety for our projects, ensuring everyone who visits or works on the site goes home safe at the end of the day.

We also want to ensure a smooth transition for you when you move in to your new office. The construction manager will liaise the landlord, building manager and any other tenants to work around them where possible and minimise any potential inconvenience.

Our construction managers are the team on the ground managing projects such as Essence and Baker Hughes.
