Over the past few years, customer acquisition media agency All Response Media have been expanding rapidly. Their new office enables their growing workforce to perform at their best and serve as a space that can attract and retain the leading talent in the industry. Their new office design needed to be uncomplicated and optimise the space to deliver a fresh, minimalist look and feel.
"The new office creates a cool atmosphere that embraces our brand. The design has emphasised the raw architectural features."
As you arrive into the space, you are greeted with a visually impressive reception space. This visually striking arrival greets visiting clients and helps promote the brand and culture of All Response Media. Stunning Bolon flooring lines reception and the media wall animates the space, showcasing some of All Response Media’s most exciting projects.
The architecture of the property needed to be considered in our design phase so we used acoustic panels to help improve the office acoustics and to introduce pops of the colours that add visual interest to the ceiling. Exposed services and exposed access floors complement the raw industrial look of the office design. The office floor has been kept open to help improve the flow of natural light through the space and help keep the office bright. To ensure oxygen and air quality were at optimum levels, we also added fresh air ventilation to keep the space fresh.
Many of our clients including All Response Media have retained our services afterwards and we are delighted to be assisting them with planned and preventative building and ongoing support maintenance to ensure the building and teams can continue to operate at optimum levels. Our 24-hour a day maintenance service provides them with complete peace of mind.
Meeting rooms were an essential requirement of the new office so we created a host of meetings rooms and spaces that could accommodate a range of meetings. There are three large meeting rooms behind reception fitted with folding walls which optimise the office as they provide a large open space for ‘all hands’ type meetings but can also be used for smaller meetings. The collaboration zone in the kitchen acts as a buffer between the kitchen space and the open plan, where staff can hold stand ups away from the main office space.
