Responsible for project specification, pricing and analysis including detailed sub-contractor tender process during Phase II rolling into Phase III delivery. William is also responsible for liaison with local
authority approved inspectors (building control), fire officer, CDM adviser, planning officers and also the preparation of Landlord License to Alter documentation. Will has experience of working with clients to a tight budget and within tough time constraints and also works in occupation.

William brings a commercial acumen and wealth of experience to his projects. Working closely alongside the design team, he delivers cost effective solutions within budget and to programme - whilst always ensuring the design ethos and aesthetics are maintained.
