Workplace wellbeing survey

30 August 2018. News.

In partnership with The Stress Management Society, we are conducting a Workplace Wellbeing Survey. We would love to hear your views in exchange for a chance to win a £250 John Lewis voucher.

Long hours, stress and physical inactivity are all bad for our mental health and wellbeing, yet we are working harder than ever. The costs of overworking, such as long-term stress, anxiety and prolonged inactivity, create serious health hazards and this can no longer be ignored.

The Stress Management Society and ourselves would be very grateful if you could take our Workplace Wellbeing Survey to tell us how your workplace might be affecting your overall wellbeing and what suggestions you have on how the workplace can change to help improve it.

Based on the findings from this survey, together we will offer businesses advice on how to create a healthy environment which not only improves mental health and wellbeing, it also improves our performance at work.

Please take our survey to tell us your views. Survey closes at 5pm Friday 21st September 2018 and everyone who leaves their email address will be entered in to a prize draw for a chance to win a £250 John Lewis voucher.
