At Peldon Rose we have always been proud of our in-house Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Team, who form an incredibly valuable part of our business. Once we have delivered a project, we handover the management of the project to our maintenance team to ensure that the offices and people within them, can continue to perform at optimum levels. We ensure that our servicing works cause minimal disruption to business and help to prolong the life of clients' equipment.
The newest member of our Maintenance Team, Paul Murphy, brings a wealth of experience to his role and is responsible for the delivery of the services on site. After we have won a new contract, Paul steps in and oversees the quality of the delivery of our maintenance work.
Our maintenance team work across London and as far as Crawley where, for one client, we have regularly visited and supported for nearly 15 years. They are also kept very busy at Chiswick Park where we are now working with clients in 40% of the buildings there. In addition to these clients, the office maintenance team also provides maintenance for all the Office Space in Town serviced office buildings across London.
We like to give our clients a completely rounded experience when working with Peldon Rose and our maintenance team offer both planned preventative maintenance and reactive services on a 24/7 basis. So, for the unforeseeable issues, the team are on call 24/7 and will respond to anything from a leaking pipe to faulty air-conditioning units.
As we recently expanded our fleet of vans, as modelled by Paul, we now have our new maintenance vans driving through London to make sure London office spaces are operating effectively and disruptions to businesses are kept to a minimum.
